QLD Q: Our Committee offered a new CMS with the new by-laws that the Body Corporate approved at last year’s AGM, but they did not provide a copy of the old by-laws for comparison with the new one they wanted registered. Is this usual?

NSW Q: Who is responsible for the maintenance and repair of outdoor lights on each of the townhouse walls in both the front and back yard? These external lights were installed when the townhouses were originally built.
QLD Q: Our committee is divided in regard to the issue of compliance with the new QLD smoke alarm laws. Is it the lot owner’s or body corporate’s responsibility to ensure all units have compliant smoke alarms?
